LEGAL TERMS FOR THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

Italian Laws and European Regulations on transportation of people impose very strict responsibility on the carrier for any form of transportation. Chauffeured transportation in Italy it's regulated by law 21/1992 that requires cars to have a special license called NCC ("Noleggio Con Conducente") and each single driver to have a special driving licence. This also grants access for the rented car to enter city centres and access special public transportation lanes that in turn make the client's route faster and with closer access to the desired destination. In fact in in Italy, due to its historical background, many city centres are restricted to ordinary cars that do not possess NCC licence. All our cars and drivers, as required by law, are fully NCC licensed.
